Extended Range Course
This course is designed to train those divers who wish to dive beyond 45 metres on air, in the proper techniques, equipment use and hazards of doing so. The course uses air as the bottom gas with Nitrox as a decompression gas on staged deco stops.
Pre-requisite:- Advanced Nitrox with Decompression plus 75 logged dives, 20 dives deeper than 30 metres. (For combined advanced Nitrox - extended range course candidates must be used to diving in their own twin sets to depths in excess of 30 metres)
Course Structure:- Classroom session, exam and 6 dives.
Cylinder Configuration:- Twin set plus a 7L or 2 x 3L deco cylinders.
Maximum Depth:- 50 - 60 Metres
Cost:- £275 (Combined advanced Nitrox and Extended range course £300)
